Ross Castle
This is the Ross Castle. It was pretty neat to see and hear the history. Unfortunately they would not let us take pictures inside.
This is a funny story you need to read! The picture below is.......the toilet exit!! Ha ha! The toilet, which is basically a ledge cut out with a few rails over the top to keep you from falling in, was on the interior of the castle made to accomodate up to 3 people up near the top of the castle. Everything would fall down the shoot (resembled the same space as if you were looking up a chimney). Then out this hole. There was a man that shoveled into his buggy and take it away to get rid of it. ha ha!
