Holy Rusted Metal Batman!
Two posts in May? Wow. And to think I will be even more busy for June. Amy and I were just visiting about the fact that this is one of the only full weeks I will be at work for June.Next Monday, Brad and I are taking the Youth to Youth Camp. We are excited about it. I enjoy the bonding time with the teens. We will be their "counselors" or "coaches", whatever you want to call them.
When we get back Friday we have to set up for our Kid's Day which is the next day. Therefore, that means Saturday we will be working the Kid's Day. That is a fun filled day outside with Jupiter Jumps, cotton candy, sno cones, popcorn, puppets, and other fun stuff to promote our Vacation Bible School.
That next Monday is our Vacation Bible School....every evening from 6:30-9:00. WOW! We are doing the Crocodile Dock theme. It is super cool. We always go way out for our VBS. The entire town loves sending their kids to our VBS. Our leaders and decorators do a great job.
Nothing is going on the next week as of yet, but we will leave that Friday for vacation. We are really looking forward to this! L'il C asked us if we would take her to Branson. She has never been. We are going to go spend a few days at Silver Dollar City. Brad also wanted to go visit some of our friends in Nashville. So we will go spend a few days there as well.
I told L'il C we were going to Nashville and she got very excited about being in Miley Cyrus's town. She immediately called her friend to tell her.
The conversation went like this:
L'il C - Guess what?!?! I am going to Nashville where Hannah Montana lives!!!!
Miss G - No way! You might see her at the store! If you do see her, have a piece of paper and bring me her autograph.
L'il C - What if I want to keep it?
Miss G - Okay, bring two pieces of paper so you can get one for me! That.is.so.cool!
